This program is tailored to your individual needs as an athlete. For example: If you're a defenseman and struggled on the weekend getting shots through, you would bring that information to the #IHDfam and your session that week would be tailored to offensive blueline work! 

 

Returning this year, 1 skate per month will be designated to improving your skating skills with skating instructor Ashley Hunt! 

 

Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

Time: 7:00 - 8:00 Am

Male and Female:

U9 + U11/U13 / U15+ 

Includes IHD swag! (Jersey or T-Shirt)

Cost: $1360 + GST
